White screen of death

    After I installed and activated this plugin, I received the white screen of death, and can no longer access my control panel. Has anyone had this problem?

    I was just starting to make edits to a webpage that I started here years ago, so I don’t even have a lot of details to help debug. I am using the BusinessWeb template, I do recall that.

    Any thoughts appreciated!

    Hi @theresam615. I’m happy to help you debug your error. Could you maybe give me some further information about this page. Which version of PHP is it using? Which version of WordPress are you using? Is the error only happening in the editor or in the whole backend? Could you maybe activate (temporary!) the following constants to see the error message:

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);
define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', true);

    Please disable those afterwards again!

    Hi there,

    Thanks so much for your offer to help. I was able to speak with the developer who originally started the website, and he was able to get me into the file manager via PLESK. I appreciate your offer!
