White screen of death

Hi
I have migrated my website from ipage to godaddy server. In ipage it was fine but in godaddy its showing white screen. when I have turned on debug mode to true I have found 2 notice and 1 warning:

I am confused what to do now.
After deactivating buddypress and ninja form notice 2 and warning disappeared. But notice 1 still appearing.
I have tried to deactivate all the plugins but notice 1 still exist. when I switch the theme white screen disappear but notice one still exists.
Notice one only disappear when I set debug mode to false.
In ipage server every thing is fine and even theme working well.
