White Screen – massive problem

    Hello!

    I have activated the troubleshot-mode and then I get only a blank screen.

    I’ve tried to log-out via an already opened page, but also there: white dessert.

    Even if I reload other open pages of the site, always I get the white screen.

    I can load the page on another computer.

    So I loaded my login-screen in debug mode. Last message:
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare graphy_customize_register() (previously declared in /xxx/xxx/xxx/xxx/xxxx/xxxx/xxx/xxx/xxx/wp-content/themes/graphy/inc/customizer.php:13) in /xxx/xxx/xxx/xxx/xxx/xxx/xxx/xxx/xxx/wp-content/themes/graphy/inc/customizer.php on line 304

    What should I do to come in the admin mode again? Is there any chance to stop the troubleshot-mode without being logged in?

    Health check is installed in a Multisite-Installation 4.9.6 as network-activated plugin, as far as I remember. I’m using PHP 7.2.x

    Hiya,

    Sorry to hear about that (and thank you very much for the error there).

    If you clear your cookies, or restart your browser session completely (it’s a non-persistent cookie, so tied to the browser remaining open), you should be able to log back in just fine.

    I’ll have a look at why this happened in your case, since I have the error message, I will have a look at it, so thank you again for that.

    And yes, your problem revealed a potential issue others may also encounter, and there’s already a plan to introduce protection from it in a future version.

    In my tests the white screen issue is generated by Twenty Seventeen.

    All my tests with the theme installed generates white screen, if I rename/delete the theme folder, white screen is fixed. This issue is generated by the last version.

    I detected another issue, but I’ll open a new thread to explain it.

    Thank you for the additional information, it appears there’s something strange going on with the child theme detection, and we are actively looking into this.

    Ok, this I didn’t say, that I use a child-theme of graphy, sorry.

    Same issue, nothing works
