White screen in admin panel

Currently, when you try to log into the admin panel, a login window appears, this window also constantly hangs in the admin panel, when you go through the admin panel menu items, a window appears every time asking you to enter your login and password. When I try to edit, add pages and posts, a white screen appears. I noticed that the permanent links have changed, now, for example, a link like this wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page. Previously, the site did not work; the hosting company told me to disable automatic updates. After this, the site is not updated. Please tell me how to solve these problems.
