• I just installed a new theme – delicacy I think it was – via the theme page and now I cannot access the dashboard or any of the posts on my website – https://www.bristolbakestress.com. I have read that I may need to go through all the theme files and plugins looking for white spaces (and removing them) but I don’t know how I can do this when I can’t access the dashboard.

-switching to the unedited default theme (Twenty Eleven) for a moment using the WP dashboard. If you don’t have access to your admin area, you can switch to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes via FTP or SFTP or whatever file management application your host provides. The idea is to force WordPress to fall back to the default theme, and than you can login.

If the default theme works, that will indicate to you that your delicacy theme is briken. You may try to upload a fresh copy of it and see if that works
