when I update Customizr all pages except the home stopped loading, i have white screen error in chrome. And a “Content Encoding Error” in firefox when the pages are loaded.

I have disabled the child theme, Customizr reinstalled and the problem continues. I changed the theme which solves the problem, but i want to use Customizr to this web.

    Any idea is welcome.
(i’m from Chile sorry my basic english)

    I make this test:
I create a new folder in my server, then i instale wordpress there, and all works fine.
Then i download and install customizr in the new wp site, when i visit my site even the home page have the white screen error.
Then i choose another template and the site works fine. I’m thinking it may be a problem with my server and Customizr.

    Any ideas are welcome. Gracias.

Update. i try installing customizr.3.1.0 and i have the same problem.

your not the only one with this problem so i dont think its your server.
I myself have the same issue, on 2 seperate servers (both debian, one is a fresh install), everything worked fine until the latest update of the customizr theme then all site pages just showed up plain white except (at least in my case) the home pages.

originally i thought it was a database or php issue, but after having replaced my databases with known working copies and reinstalling php and its attendant modules the issue persisted until i changed the theme, and in the process discovered that every other theme i had installed worked perfectly and only customizr was having the issue.

for now all i can suggest is that you do as i am doing – use another theme until the next revision of customizr is released and then be very, very careful testing it.
sorry i cant be of any more help than that but at least your not alone with this issue.

    Thanks.
I think something that should not be overlooked is the message delivered by firefox when is loading the inside pages, “Content Encoding Error”, can give clues to identify the problem.
