white screen avada hubspot

    Hi. Hubspot on avada after installation has a white screen. I cant creating an account,.. after clicking to hubspot there appears white screen.Any suggestion? i tried to deactivate other plugins but nothing works.

    looking into this for you now. Would you be able to share some details about your local set up to help us isolate the source of the issue. It would be great if you could provide me with:

    – which browser you are using (and browser version)?
    – which Operating System you are using?
    – A HAR file when you are experiencing the issue. For steps on how to generate a HAR file, follow the steps laid out in the HubSpot knowledge base here

    While we are looking into this issue for you, I would recommend trying a different browser.

    Hi. sorry, i tried google chrome and it works. I normally used safari on mac os. sorry for inconvenience.

    Mayby, when you are here can i ask other question? how safe is use on one page hubspot and yoast seo? is there any confliction?

    No problem at all. If possible would you be able to share the console error that you are getting in safari? I’m sure there are other users like yourself experiencing this issue. If we can solve for the root cause of the issue, this would be optimal, for us and for you so that you don’t need to alter your current workflow in terms of which browser you are using ??

    Regarding Yoast and HubSpot, there’s is no conflict between these two plugins in terms of interoperability. If you are enquiring more about the SEO impact of using HubSpot, it is variable depending on which HubSpot features you use. For instance if you are using HubSpot forms to capture leads, track website views or simply for email marketing, then the impact on SEO is quite minimal.I would advise enabling the features that you wish to use and the use a plugin like Yoast to gauge the SEO impact.

    Hi thank you for answer.

    Unfortunately, after I connected my website to hubspot in other browser, and after refreshed safari browser, everything works in safari too.

    But before, there was just white screen and on the menu on the left site of “Hubspot” red exclamation mark.
