White Screen at dashboard AND login page

  • Every single page of my website is white
    This means:
    1.I CANNOT login to word press and delete plug ins with the editor
    2.I CANNOT login in to my dashboard and edit code
    3.my admin page: https://goforthecruise.com/wp-admin/ is blank white
    4.my main page: https://goforthecruise.com/ is blank white

    Has anybody had this happen before? Is there a code I can type in the URL box to correct this? I am at a loss after several hours of youtubing and googling.

  • 1.I CANNOT login to word press and delete plug ins with the editor

    The other method is to use your hosts cPanel; or an FTP account. This will allow you to access your file directories.

    Then, navigate to the wp-content folder. Inside that folder, you will see another folder named plugins.

    Rename that folder to something like plugins-broken.

    This will force all plugins to deactivate… probably allowing you access back into your admin panel.

    If you have absolutely no idea what cPanel or FTP are.. then you will need to contact your host, and explain to them my instructions above.
