white screen and cookies

  • I loaded a plugin for twitter to my homepage and now I can’t access wp-admin.
    When I attempt to load the page with the extension .php it informs me to allow cookies.

    I have attempted to clear the cache from all my browers.

    I am not familiar with code and can’t access the admin page through ftp

    Any other options?
