• Hi, ever since last autumn every single update I tried to perform lead to a white screen. I couldn’t even access my dashboard anymore and had to delete the plugin via FTP access.

    The last version that works without causing that problem is: 0.9.4.1

    As I have not the slightest idea why the plugin stopped working for me after that version, I’d like to re-install that version.
    However, I can’t seem to find a download link for this older version.

    Could anybody help me with either of these problems?

  • It’s probably a simple problem that’s causing the white screen. I wonder if its a 500 error. What is the return code? Anything inside your errors log file?

    You might be best advised to use the popular community build of w3tc since their 0.9.4.x and 9.5.x versions are significantly more enhanced and includes bug fixes and security patches that are not available in 0.9.4.1 nor 0.9.5.2.

    The error log says:
    Fatal error: Call to undefined method W3_Config::get_cache_option() in /home/zoomingj/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wptouch-pro/core/class-cache-smash.php on line 99

    To me it looks like there’s faulty code in the plugin itself, no?
    I’d be really happy if anybody knows what to do in this case. ??
