White screen after installing

Try to set WordPress memory limit to 128M and PHP execution time to 60 sec.

Seem to have the same issue. Once I activate the plugin, all pages are blank and the console reports a 500 Server error,

My setups seems to be OK though:

SAM Pro Edition: Free
SAM Pro Version: 1.6.3.43
SAM Pro DB Version: 1.0
Wordpress Version: 4.5.1
PHP Version: 5.3.10-1ubuntu3.21
MySQL Version: 5.5.47-0ubuntu0.12.04.1
PHP Max Execution Time: 60
PHP Memory Limit: 256M
WP Memory Limit: 256M

One thing to notice is that I migrated from the old Simple Ads manager but the error log does not show any issues with the migration.

Any Idea what might be causing the problem?

Try to save plugin’s options from settings page…

Still no luck ??
I also tested both PHP and Java config…

Try to increase the PHP execution time to 100..120 sec.

90 sec was all i could get from my hoster (it’s shared hosting) but no change.

i also deactivated all plugins incl. woocommerce which is essential to my site, but still the error persists.

Can I backup the settings of the plugin somehow and do a fresh install?

Remove the plugin’s folder using FTP client or file browser. Reinstall the plugin.

Note! Do not delete the plugin from the WP Plugins page. It will remove all data of the plugin (options, DB tables), not only plugin’s files!

I have the same problem, just a white page after installing. Any idea how to sole this? I migrated data from Simple Ads Manager too.
