  • You’re probably getting some sort of PHP error. You should look around in your error_log and there will be an error somewhere. Aside from that you could also give more info like:

    Did you test Contact Form 7 to see if it was working? Also, did you test Download Monitor to make sure it was working?

    What version of everything are you using?
    What’s shortcode are you using?
