I can’t enter my admin either, so cannot change theme or disable plugins.

But i’ll read your tip!

I see the tip they give. to rename the active theme. Bt i tried that and it didn’t work ??

It might be corrupted functions.php file, since you said you changed something. Revert back to the pre-edit or default state.

I did go back and even tried to upload a new functions.php. Problem is that the old one was much smaller then the new one.

And it didn’t help.

I called the provider and the checked for errors:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_normalize_path() in /var/www/domains/rtdepastorie.nl/www/site/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 655

Did you try to deactivate all plugins?

I cannot access the wp-admin so i cannot deactivate anithing.

I’m now going to trie and make a upgrade install for wordpress via FTP.
And hope for the best ??

Is this solved? what if you delete plugins via FTP?

it’s not about a plugin, but a theme where i tried to place a trackingcode.
Now i’m trying to install wp again, on the same databes content.

I think Miha’s trying convey to you that you don’t need to access the wp-admin to deactivate the plugins. In fact he has linked you appropriate resources to do so.

Yes, i understand that. But there’s not a problem with the plugins.

So I dont need to deactivate them.

This can be closed. I made a new install and everthing is up and running again.
