    Hello

I have a problem with Page Cache. When it is turned on, instead of a page only white screen shows.

Browser console gives me this: Failed to load resource:net::ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED
Log file shows this: [12-Apr-2021 12:55:40 UTC] Connection refused

No matter what method of Page Cache I use.

The strange thing is this: When I turn on debug mode for Page Cache, everything works just fine.

I tried to turn off every plugin I use, but it did not help.

Dou you have any idea where can be a problem?

    Thank you in advance.

    Hello @napalm80

Thank you for your inquiry and I am happy to assist you with this.
ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED can’t be pinpointed to a single culprit. However, you may try disabling the Gzip compression in Performance>Browser Cache, save ll settings and purge the cache and see if the issue persists.
    Thanks!

Thank you Marko. Gzip compression was the problem indeed. When i have turned it off, white page is no longer the problem. When i turn it back on, white page is back.

    Hello @napalm80

Thank you for the information. I am glad to know the issue is resolved.
This means that you already have gzipped compression enabled on some level, either some plugin or on a server level, and I can also see Brotli for static files.
In this case, you should keep the Gzip compression disabled in W3 Total Cache.
    Thanks!
