@danishhaidri – Sorry to hear that, I assume when you say “page” you mean popup, the 2 are not the same in any way. Editing a page won’t affect a popup and vice versa.
One follow up, when you say “White Screen” do you mean you mean the site threw fatal errors and crashed (White Screen of Death), or that the popup’s white overlay is appearing, covering the screen?
If its a white screen of death, it sounds like you need to update WordPress core which no longer allows that to happen and I’m not sure how it would be related to our plugin. Specifically:
– We use the WordPress custom post type system to manage everything. Saving/editing, rendering etc. So if those areas are failing, it would be from something else interfering with the normal process.
– Our code is all written in ways that prevent conflicts and errors generally speaking.
That said if it’s a WSOD, there will be fatal error messages saved in your servers logs. If you can get those error messages it will hopefully point us/you in the right direction to preventing them.

If you mean the popup is partially appearing (the white overlay appears, but the popup content doesn’t), then it would likely be a JavaScript issue or error. In these cases, 99% of the time the theme or another plugin throws an error on the page or rewrites parts of the animation system included with WP core etc. In almost all cases though the issue is not from our code base.
– Try this to find JS errors: https://docs.wppopupmaker.com/article/373-checking-javascript-errors

I’d highly suggest installing the Health Check plugin and enabling Troubleshooting mode (deactivates all plugins & changes to default them for testing, but only for you, everyone else sees the site normally). Then activate just Popup Maker and try to duplicate it. Then activate your theme and see if the issue is still gone, activate other plugins a few at a time until it comes back to narrow it to a specific conflict.

As for Did you guys not test the plugin before rolling it out??,
I think that 400k active sites, 3200+ 5 star reviews and no other tickets on these forums with similar issue reported tells us that it’s well tested and the issue is only happening on your site at this time. That 100% indicates, to me at least from years of experience, that the issue lies elsewhere.
Hope that helps. If your issue is resolved please take a moment to rate and review the plugin or support.
If you still need help please message us directly at https://wppopupmaker.com/support/.
