White screen

  • I cannot edit anymore. I cannot see the content when I go to edit a page. I have done everything suggested. i have deactivated every plug in, activated classic editor, activated default theme, etc. NOTHING has worked. I need someone to help me asap. I am a webmaster for a freelance client. I get paid to update the website and I cannot and there is no number to call and it is very difficult to get a solution for an issue that should not be happening. Please help!

    First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/

    If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.

    If it is, please do these two things:

    1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

    2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

    Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.
