White screen

    I installed your software this week and it looks great.
    I created a complete courses before I find out that my website isn’t working anymore.
    The home screen is completely white, other screens only show the menu.
    I find this page: https://lifterlms.com/docs/how-to-debug-a-white-screen/
    But even with this code in my config I do not get any error on screen.
    I disabled all plugins except lifterlms and changed to the default theme, but still a white screen and no error..
    I can send the source code of the “white page” maybe this helps finding the problem?
    Or i can create an account for you if this would help?

    Sorry you’re having issues here.

    You could send us the source but source of a white screen is still a whitescreen (usually)

    Can you post a link?

    Does the issue go away when disabling LifterLMS?

    As far as the debug code, sometimes server-level error reporting prevents any amount of WP_Debug from working, can you reach out to your host and see if they can help you get an error message to display or point you in the direction of your error logs which may hold the error message.

    Hello Thomas,

    I did found the problem. There where no error messages, but i remembered that it did work before i used the option “Restrict site by membership level”. After i disabled that option, everything worked again. I don’t really need this option, so its no problem for me.
