White Paper Download Form Not Working

    The form doesn’t go to the pdf’s url after the form is completed.
    Plugin Version 3.0.10
    Wordpress version 4.4.1

    The API is confirmed, I have a list set up with the form, and I have the pdf I want to give out for anyone who completes it in my media library (url link put in the form as well). For some reason whenever I fill out the form on my personal computer (on chrome, firefox, and safari) the pdf pop-ups. However, on other computers it does not & I am wondering why. My client is becoming frustrated and I don’t know how to respond.

    Hello skenny81893,

    I just tested your website and after subscribing, I was redirected to the PDF which opened in the same tab and not in a pop-up. This would vary from user to user depending on their configuration and if they have any PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat pro or just the reader.

    If you want it to open in a pop-up for everyone, it would be best to redirect user to a page which has link to the PDF and set it to open in a pop-up or new browser window.
