    Sounds like headers are already being sent. Try disabling all other plugins except for wpsc Support Tickets. If it works with the other plugins disabled, that means one of the plugins is conflicting with wpsc Support Tickets. To find out which one is conflicting, simply activate one at a time, then submit a reply to a ticket. If it works, move onto activating the next plugin until the reply fails. Once you locate the conflicting plugin, let me know, and I’ll try and code a way around the conflict. Also note that reply_ticket.php will be deleted in version 4.8, so that will likely also solve your issue in the near future.
