Maybe try giving it a pause before print of 1000 ms to allow the print page to load in the css, etc.

Yeah, you just need to provide more time before the print dialogue is triggered.
Set the pause before print value to 2000 under Dashboard > Settings > Print-O-Matic > Pause Before Print. Let us know if that resolves the issue for you.
