white page on mobiles only

  • Hi there, your plug in works great on desktop but when using the paypal express button on mobile devices it just displays a white page with “-1” in the corner. Any ideas what might be causing this?

    This happens when something is conflicting with WordPress and it can’t call a standard core function for some reason. Since it’s only happening on mobile I would guess it’s something to do with the theme. Can you temporarily switch to a different theme and see if the issue goes away?
