Hi @rudirodolfo
I always get a white page in Woocommerce in the backend when I click on “Woocommerce”. The same happens with “Customers”. All other menu items work. The system is up to date. Does anyone have a tip for me?
From what I understand, you’re encountering a white page in the backend of WooCommerce when you select “WooCommerce” or “Customers”. It seems like all other menu items are working fine and your system is up-to-date.
To help resolve this, let’s try the following steps:
- Clear your browser cache: An outdated or corrupted cache can sometimes cause these issues. Clear it and then try to access the pages again.
- Check for Plugin Conflicts: Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and see if the problem persists. If the problem is resolved, reactivate each plugin one by one until you find the one causing the conflict.
- Check for Theme Conflicts: Switch to a default WordPress theme like Storefront and see if the problem persists. If it doesn’t, the issue might be with your current theme. Here’s a helpful guide on how to test for conflicts: ?? How to Test for Plugin and Theme Conflicts
- Memory Limit: Sometimes, this issue can be caused by exceeding your PHP memory limit. You can try increasing the memory limit. Here’s a helpful guide on how to do that: ?? Increasing the WordPress Memory Limit Here
- Enable Debugging: If the problem persists, turn on debugging in WordPress. This can help identify the root cause. You can enable debugging by adding these lines to your wp-config.php file:
define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
@ini_set( 'display_errors', 0 );
This will create a debug.log file in your wp-content directory, logging any PHP errors or notices. For a more detailed guide on enabling debugging in WordPress, you can visit this link: ?? Debugging in WordPress
If the issue continues after trying these steps, please share more details, like the exact error messages you see when debug mode is on. This will help us identify and solve the problem more effectively.
Also, we’d find it helpful if you could share your site’s System Status report. This will give us a better understanding of your site’s setup and help us pinpoint the problem. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status
. Select Get system report
and then Copy for support
.
Lastly, could you share the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs
.
Once you have that, please paste it inside a Code block in your reply, or use https://pastebin.com/ to paste it and share the link with us.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation in this matter. I’m looking forward to your response so we can solve this issue for you.
