White page on MailPoet backend with PHP 7.0

    Hello,
    I use the latest version of WordPress and Mailpoet on all my websites.
    I can’t access to my Mailpoet backend if my web host uses PHP 7.0!
    Is it normal?
    Note that all is OK when my web host uses PHP 5.6.

  • Hi @eric_w10, please use the same email address you’ve used to purchase your Premium license in our Premium form.

    That’s not normal, MailPoet does support PHP 7.0 since a few versions ago.
