White Page Login Problems

  • Hi,

    I’m facing a problem with of my websites which regularly gives out errors with Ultimate Member Plugin.

    Recently came across the following one, which is immediately the user tried to log in, a blank page occurred.

    What can be wrong,
    I also see Password reset links also have some problems.

    I’m on WPEngine.

    Hi @ekamran,

    What version of the Ultimate member plugin you have installed on your site?
    Can you please do a quick conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with other plugins or your theme and see if this issue goes away.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Now, I’m on v2.0.43 but the problem still persists.
    Everything was working fine on WPEngine Development website but not on LIVE WPEngine site, I thought it would be an issue with WPEngine Cache or any related services from them.

    But after reaching to the L3 Support on WPEngine, they said, there’s nothing wrong at their end and I should write to you here.

    Since everything was fine on the DEV site (where WPEngine Cache was disabled) and no additional data was added, I’m not if doing a conflict test would be required again.

    Please, I need your serious help.
