white page and basic theme after few hours

  • Hi,

    i moved my wordpress 5.3.2 to new domain with duplicator. everything works well and all plugins are latest version. after few hours (about 10 to 20), i got white page with just site logo and cart and theme options has gone. restore my backup from server and it works again until next time.debug mode:
    PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function clickbuy_make_id() in /home/arbtehra/domains/arbtehran4x4.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/arbtehran-new/woocommerce/product-searchform.php:22

    it appears that you are using a commercial theme, and it is the cause of the issue. If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
