    Hello Igor,

I am trying to display an ad in a widget on all posts that are white listed. I have set “on all posts,” set all lists to White-list, and entered two post ids. I also enabled “Widget.” Automatic display is set to None (since I don’t want it to appear in the post content itself.)
Unfortunately, the widget does not appear on any of the white-listed posts. I also tried URL, but that also doesn’t work. I am using Theme twenty Eleven.

Can you help? What is going wrong?

After I have gotten it to work with only a few posts, I want to change the lists to blacklist and exclude the ones where I don’t want the widget to appear.

With a different code block, I used the second option; that is, I chose only selected posts, and enabled the display in the post edit dialog. This way, the widget shows up. However, this method would require me to edit every post, so it is only practical for a few posts. Also that would change the Update date of all posts.

Thank you so much for taking the time.

    “set all lists to White-list”

    This is wrong.
    White-list only wanted parameters.

It would also help if you could provide some data about your website.

Thank you very much for your fast help, Igor. I followed your guidance, and it works now!
    This is what I did:
    1. I selected All Posts.
    2. I set all lists to Blacklist, except the post ids, which I set to Whitelist.
    3. I entered the post ids for the posts I wanted to white-list.
    4. I enabled Widgets.
    5. I added the Ad Inserter Widget to the Sidebar and selected the code to be displayed.

Finally, I cleared the cache in my Browser.
