Hi schoaf have you tried the WhiteList settings under

    WP Security >> Brute Force?

I have seen this but it reads
“The All In One WP Security Whitelist feature gives you the option of only allowing certain IP addresses or ranges to have access to your WordPress login page. “

I do not wish to restrict the IPs that go to this page (sometimes we are on new IPs, from mobile for example) just never lockout certain static IPS. So, for example, my office will never get locked out.

    Am I understanding this incorrectly?

Hi schoaf, if you add all the IP addresses that you know you will be using in the Whitelist feature then those IP addresses will not be block. This is in response to your comment, read below.

Is it possible to add a “protected whitelist” feature that allows us to add our IPs and agency IPs to prevent them from ever getting banned?

Let me know if this helps you.

    Thank you
