White lines appear in IE during transitions

Hi, I have had the pro version of Metaslider for a few years now. I have always been pleased with performance but have noticed a small glitch that has shown up in recent weeks that was not there before. I am using the plugin in my website as a header element with layers. In Internet Explorer there is a thin white line which has started appearing on the top and bottom of the slides but only during transition from one slide to the next. I use a transition where one picture fades into the next after about four seconds. The problem only seems to happen on Internet Explorer and transitions in Google Chrome seem to work normally. Just wondering if there is a work around for this so it does not happen in IE.
