White Label Refresh time

    When using the white label solution. Do changes in the Whitelabel Dashboard Out to the sites automagically? For instance if you changed the Brand Name from “Anti Spam plugin” to “Super Duper Anti Spam” Would that change propagate out to the managed sites automatically?

    If so how long?

    If so is ther any thing that could make it move out quicker?

    If not automatically what needs to happen?

    Hello Kevin,

    The update will occur the next time the plugin is synchronized with the cloud. This happens once every 24 hours. To perform the synchronization immediately, click the “Synchronize with Cloud” button in the plugin settings.
