White Label CMS missing in sidebar

  • The WL CMS item in the admin sidebar is no longer showing. I think that it was under ‘Settings’ I cannot find it anywhere. It was there yesterday. Any ideas?

    Hi Ian,

    Thanks for contacting us.

    I think what has happened is that another user has set themselves up as the White Label CMS admin, which allows them to hide the White Label CMS settings from everybody but themselves.

    However, you can access the settings using this url:

    YOURDOMAIN/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wlcms-plugin.php&view=settings#tab-menus

    From there you will be able to see who has been setup as the admin.
