White Label CMS keeps logging me out

    Hello,

    I’m hoping you can help me.

    My client’s website is running All-in-One Intranet so they have to login to the website in order to view it, clicks to go anywhere on the website, and immediately gets logged out and redirected to the WordPress login screen.

    When I deactivate only White Label CMS, the issue goes away. When I deactivate only All-in-One Intranet, the issue goes away. Which leads me to think there’s a conflict between the 2 plugins when both are activated at the same time.

    Both plugins are running the latest and greatest. The issue only appeared after updating the White Label CMS plugin from 1.6.4 to 2.0.2.2. The latest release for the All-in-One Intranet plugin was 11 months ago. So it seems the issue is with White Label CMS.

    I would appreciate if someone on the team can look into the issue. I’ve spun up a staging version of the website. Just let me know where to send the WP login and SFTP info to.

    In summary, we don’t think this is a White Label CMS issue, and more to do with the way your site redirect are set up.

    I am going to close this ticket for now.
