White box when try to generate shortcode

    Hi, i cant get the shortcode of the TA reviews slider for my website. When i press on the shortcode option, it open a pop-up square in white with no options and buttons inside…

    what can i do?

    There should be text in that pop-up. Maybe it’s white, try highlighting it just to see if it’s hidden.

    still its white, no text highlightning it… I solve the problem with the inspector option of the browser that show me the body of the popup
