white box placed in contact form 7

    Hi,
    once I update the new version plugin, a large white box appears instead the contact form. From the place to write name until the send button.From end to end. Don’t know what to do. i did another one and still the same.. have i do to delete the plugin and download again or what? can you help me please??

    Try switching to the default theme and deactivating all other plugins.

    do you mean switch off my child theme and switch on my parent theme? then deactivating all plugins?

    No. I mean switching to the twentysixteen theme.

    i don’t understand why.. my wordpress theme is Portfolio Gallery, when i made a backup of my website i deleted all themes that i didn’t need exept the parent theme..

    Every WordPress site should always have a copy of the default theme (currently Twenty Sixteen) available for exactly this kind of situation. You can download a fresh copy via your WordPress admin’s Appearance -> Themes section.

    Well, i did everything you said and i found the real problem.. CF7 Customizer broke my page, every time i active it fall down the configuration..

    should i speak with them not with you in this case? or you know what to do?

    Yes, better to speak with its developers. I don’t know about CF7 Customizer.
