White bar at the top of the page

Hello,

I have installed google language translator plugin and now when I’m on the frontpage, logged in as admin I have a 32px height white bar that appears at the top of the page. This white bar make the admin menu showed on the frontpage going down and hide a part of the header.
I guess this should need some change in the css file but I can’t figure out which line.
