    When activating the Redux plugin, the backoffice turns completely white. Frontoffice keeps on working though.
    Is this a known issue?

    I tried updating and downgrading php version (7.4, 7.3, 7.2)
    Tried another theme (a default one from WP)
    Disabled caching plugin WP-Rocket
    Do I need to disable plugin-after-plugin to see if this is a solution, or should I approach this differently?

    @webber2012 that is so very odd! Do you have any PHP error logs you can look at? Probably a certain theme has a conflict. If you need you can rename the redux-framework folder to disable Redux and then install install the 3.6.18 version of Redux again. That being said, I would love to work with you to discover the real issue so we can destroy this bug entirely. ????

    The first step would be this:
    1. Rename the Redux folder
    2. Install Query Monitor (Plugin)
    3. Reactivate Redux
    4. See if Query Monitor (in the top bar) is an odd color and lists the error for you.

    Give me that error and I can see about fixing this! ??

    Thnks for helping out!

    I tried what you suggested but the backoffice stays completely blank, so no way to check the Query Monitor either.
    Cannot find any php errors either.
    Tried disabling all plugins but no solution too.

    No, that is correct, with backoffice I mean the admin section at wp-admin

    I just managed to catch the following php error through the hosting panel:

    [Wed Aug 05 13:38:47.666447 2020] [lsapi:error] [pid 3232480:tid 47748379989760] [client 12.34.456.89:52587] [host www.mydomain.com] Backend fatal error: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 24576 bytes) in /home/mydomain/public_html/wp-includes/pomo/streams.php on line 173\n, referer: https://www.mydomain.com/wp-admin/plugin-install.php?s=Redux+Framework&tab=search&type=term

    Although it is obvious that there appears to be a memory issue – I wonder if it would help to enlarge the memory seeing what error it is.
    Your thoughts?

    I managed to get 2GB of memory assigned but no solution. Now I can’t even access the admin section anymore, keep on getting redirected to the homepage.
    Can you tell me how I can safely send ftp details to you?

    In the meanwhile I have found out what caused it, a plugin using the Redux Framework with corrupted options – I had to remove the options from the database and after that the problem was solved (until I set new options for the plugin).
    So I have further contacted the plugin’s developer about this.

    Sorry having this cause you to undertake some much trouble to help out.
    Thank you so much for all your efforts!

    Well that’s good news and I am so happy to help. Would you mind letting me know the plugin so I can see if it’s something I can fix?

    Got it. Thanks for the notice. Have a great day!

    Update:
    Unfortunately the issue is there again, it seems to be an issue resulting from the combination of the Redux plugin and the WooCommerce PDF Catalog plugin; when both are enabled, you cannot access the admin section anymore and you keep on getting redirected to the frontoffice (the website itself).

    When one of the plugins is disabled, I can access the backoffice (admin section) again.

    Tried everything:
    Changed to default WP theme;
    Reverted back to default wp htaccess file;
    Tried disabling all the plugins;
    Checked all available error log files on server;
    Increased php setting;
    Downgraded php version;
    Checked plugin permissions;
    Drank more coffee …

    No solution. ??

    Developer of Catalog plugin will also look further into the matter tomorrow.

    Been working with the developer of this plugin and the update 4.1.14 resolves it. ??

    Thank you for your patience. It was a nasty bug we resolved. Give it a try and let me know if you have any additional issues.

    Thanks for the update, indeed the update solves it, I received the pre-release of the update from the developer and tested it with success. ??
