Whislist Icon Not Working Properly

Thank you for reaching out! I tried your suggestion and can replicate the experience, I’ve also observed a bit of latency on my end. Regarding the wishlist issue where you need to click the heart icon twice to add a product, it could be due to a few different reasons like a theme or plugin conflict, or JavaScript issues on the page.

A good first step is to disable other plugins briefly to see if the problem goes away, and switch to a default theme like Storefront to rule out theme conflicts.

If the problem still happens after that, please reach out with more details like your system status report so that we could look into other possible reasons, You can find it by going to WooCommerce → Status, selecting Get system report, and then Copy for Support.

@reynierc Thanks for the reply, I hae tried disabling all plugins except (Elementor and two Mandatory Default Plugins required for theme – Import Data, Rehub Framework) but still getting same issue so might be not an plugin issue.

And, about switching the theme to another, I’m bit confused after checking the issue with storefront if reactivated the current theme, will there be any issue with the website means import data loss or layout changes like that, so I didn’t check the issue by changing the theme yet.

Thank you for running the conflict test. Please note that we can only provide support for WooCommerce core features. By default, WooCommerce does not add a wishlist button to the menu. Activating the default theme may remove the wishlist icon from your site, so changing the theme might not resolve the issue in this case.

It seems that either your theme includes this functionality, or you’re using a third-party plugin to add it to your site.

If this feature is included by default in your theme, I recommend reaching out to the theme provider’s support for assistance in resolving the issue.

hi@shahzeenfarooq The issue is not with the wishlist icon in Menu, the issue is we need to click the wishlist icon twice.

Please visit any Category page for the website and try to add the product in wishlist by clicking heart icon.

If the issue is not with woocommerce core features that’s okay, I just need the confirmation so that I can find the solutions in another ways.

I visited your site and noticed that the site is set to Coming Soon mode.

As suggested earlier, the wishlist feature is not part of the core WooCommerce.
It is probably part of your current theme.
The best way to resolve issues related to the wishlist would be by contacting your theme support.
