• When Im editing a page, and I click the “NextGen Gallery – Attach to Post” button a white screen with an X on the top right appears. My browser’s loading bar spins backwards for about 5 minutes and nothing loads after that. But when I paste [nggallery id=1] in the post, everything works fine.

This is my first time using NextGen and I had to sorta go out of my way to find out about the nggallery function. What does the “NextGen” button do?

    Here are my specs.

    NextGen Gallery 2.0.33
    PHP Version : 5.3.10-1ubuntu3.7
    MYSQL Version : 5.5.31-0ubuntu0.12.04.1
    Memory usage : 21.3 MByte
    PHP Safe Mode : Off
PHP Allow URL fopen : On
    PHP Memory Limit : 220
    PCRE Backtracking Limit : 500000
PHP Max Script Execute Time : 18000s

  • I have the same problem. I use WordPress 3.7.1 and NextGen 2.0.33. After the upload is reported “0 images uploaded.” I created “Galereya_1” without uploading photos in the catalog /Gallery/Gallery_1 uploaded images clicked “Scan for new gallery of images,” they appeared. But when you create a page button “Insert Image NextGen” does not work. Using 3.0.39 beta does not help.

@miami Tech Team – A blank ATP (NextGEN button) is generally caused by a conflict with another plugin, have you tried troubleshooting that idea?

    Thanks!

I turned off all plugins and set the standard permalinks. Button does not work.
