While editing a post some actegory not listed

I love this extension and it’s mandatory for my site.
I notice that in the standard edit page (Gutemberg) some categories are note listed in the list (tab document).
I use 34 categories on this site and when I active UAM only 28 are listed. None of the missing one are relevant to be hidden.
I noticed that with the quick modification menu all categories are available.
Is it an already known bug ?
