This is because making the theme publicly available would require us to provide ongoing maintenance and support for it, which would be an additional burden on top of our existing responsibilities.
Instead, I would recommend checking out the selection of AMP-compatible themes available on the AMP ecosystem page.
Additionally, You can also reach out to AMP Experts, who can create a custom developed AMP compatible theme for you.
