Description: Enterprise is a 2 or 3-column Widget-ready child theme created for the Genesis Theme Framework.
    Author: StudioPress

Thank you for this information. I am starting to build a website for my construction business would you recommend this theme or another?

Nothing elaborate. Someplace for people to go to look at job photos, recommendations and referrals, a blog section, sign up form, and about 5 pages with possible subpages for write ups and for different services we do.

There are LOTS of great free themes on the theme repository page —

    or commercial (paid) themes here:

All themes on these pages meet WP standards — so the quality is good and you can get help on these forums for the free ones. If you purchase a theme, be sure that it is well supported by the vendor as it won’t be supported here.

Almost any theme could be set up or modified to do what you described, so the best thing is probably to find one that has the basic layout and “look” that you want, then add plug-ins to add functionality that you need. Also be sure that the theme has been updated fairly recently — so you don’t run into issues caused by incompatibility with current WP.

    Wpyogi,

I am finally getting to work on this and I have one more question. You had asked what I want my site to do and one thing I didn’t mention is that I want the site to be google friendly. At this point I think I will use one of the blogs to build my site but do not know which blog format is best to use and have Google be able to read it and get a good score. Thanks, Joe
