Which RSS reader to read my own feed

I want to show something like this.

1) Read from my rss feed .

e.g https://www.mysite.com/feed

2) Grab the feed records , probably i need is the title & permalink

3) Display the feed result in

• feed[record]

at my post.

What plugin do you guys advise which don’t use much resources or methods suggest.
