Which responsive theme for header, menu options and 3 columns

I am building a new website (no blog). However I cannot find a suitable (responsive) theme. Who can help me with a WP-theme or with an example WP-database?
My wishes:
. Header: Logo, photo, search
. 4 or 5 menu options
. 3 columns: left menu, textblocks and/or images, right menu with news and announcements
