Which plugin used by odigger.com to post a rating while commenting?

    I am searching a plugin. I am thinking to get comments from visitors with posting rating. I got some but these are paid version.

    Sometime ago i visited odigger.com and seen a comment box where visitor must have to rate while commenting.The rating star signs are just before the comment box.But i do not know which plugin they are suing.
