which plugin do you suggest please?

My client wants a website like the below link:

Basically he has his own database of trades (contractors) who perform home improvements. He wants a potential customer who visits the website to be able to choose a trade (contractor) and then enter their zipcode which will bring up an email form and submit the contents to the contractor in their area and also a copy must be sent to the wordpress admin.

Please advise of a nice paid plugin with good support that will work for my situation please.
