Imagine a database table with different columns like:
id, name, layout, value

How do I give a logged in user/member the possibility to create a new
– row
– and fill the fields of the 4 columns

within a database table.

I was thinking about a form with the same fields which are pushing the new data into the database after the user has pushed the send button.

Any idea which plugin is able to do this?
