Which page editor comes with 3.0?

I’ve just installed 3.0. How can I find out which page editor comes with it, ie the one that allows you to edit page content, not the one in the Appearance panel?

I’m having trouble laying out pages and have found an article that says that the TinyMCE Advanced editor comes with table layout facilities. However, I don’t know whether I’ve got that already and just need to add the upgrade, or whether I need to install the TinyMCE editor first.
