Which Order Status is eligible for cancellation?

    Hi ,

    Which all order Status are eligible for Order cancellation in free plugin?
    I don’t see any dashboard to configure timeline ?

    Pl check and advice.

    Hi, Customer can send cancel request for order have ‘on-hold’, ‘pending’ or ‘processing’ status, but you can configure this in paid version.
