Which one should i change Single Post.php or post

    Hi Expert,

    I just got fresh instalation of wordpress and using arras theme. i want to format my post like https://www.slidetoplay.com/story/epoch-review. My question is how do i add widget-like (like score or picture) on top of the post, do i have to edit single post.php or do it via post editor (can post editor have that kind of advance formating?). I’m new at this so please suggest me with solution. thanks
