Which one is better ? W3 or WP ?

  • I have been customizing my new website https://howtotakescreenshot.org & i found these two plugins to serve cache & optimize speed of website W3 & WP. So i installed W3 TC & then my friend suggested that it create problems on some web host servers. I am newbie so dont know much about these technical terms. Please make me clear is it true that W3 TC creates problem, or simply which one is better.
