Which newsletter-plugin?

I’m looking for a newsletter plugin, it must send every two weeks, either manually or automatically a newsletter. Preferably the content also shown and the previous editions in pdf format for download services. Maybe its a bit mutch to ask, it alsp may be realised whith more then one plugin’s.
